How does the cash back program work? |
|
To get cash rebate, register at QDeals.com with your
email address. That's how we know who you are. We do not sell or share your
email address with anyone. This is a free service. If you are already a
member, please login to
QDeals.com. Then go to the store page. You can either type in the store name
in the search field at the top of the page or go to
All Stores page and select the store from there. At the store page, you
can find out if the purchases from that store are eligible
for cash rebates. If the store provides cash rebates, click on the home page link
of the store or a link to any deals offered by the store. This will take you to one of our partner web sites.
Complete your purchase at that store before visiting any other site or
closing your browser. In a few days, your account will be updated with the
appropriate amount of cash rebate. |

How do I know which stores are
eligible for cash rebate? |
|
Not all transactions/purchases are eligible for
cash rebate. Not all stores offer cash back. A store which offers cash back is
marked with the rebate percent or dollar value. You can find that in the
store page. For example, store offers 10% cash rebate, it will be marked as "10%
Cash Back". Please make sure you read the text specifying the cash rebate amount before
completing a transactions. |

Why are all deals or stores
not eligible for cash rebate? |

Some stores
do not allow us to offer any incentives in the form of cash. For this reason, we cannot give you any cash rebate for those
stores. |

When do the purchases & rebates appear in
my account? |
|
Cash rebates for eligible purchases are generally posted to your account between 7 to 21 days
after the products have shipped. Please check the
purchase history page periodically to make sure all your purchases and rebates are reflected in
your account. If you do not find any transaction even after 21 days, please
contact us
with your a) email address, b) name, c) mailing address, d) store name, e)
order number and f) net order amount (not including taxes & shipping). Some stores do not accept any transaction
inquiry after 30 days. So we may not be able to investigate any
discrepancies 30 days after the transaction date . |

When do I receive my cash rebate check? |
|
We process and mail your check for each quarter
in the middle of next quarter. For example, purchases made in the
1st quarter (January to March), we will mail your check in the middle of 2nd
quarter (around May 15). To minimize the cost of check processing, we
only send the check when your account has at least US $15 balance.
This policy allows us to give you cash rebate as much as possible by
minimizing the cost. In case your cash rebate balance is less than US $15,
we will carry forward the balance to the next quarter. Be rest assured that
you will get the check when the balance reaches the minimum limit (US $15).
Please make sure to update your account with
the current mailing address so we know where to mail your check. We'll not
be able to send your check if we do not have your mailing address in our
record. |

|
Always make sure that your mailing address is correct. If you find that a
check has been mailed to a wrong address, please notify us as soon as
possible. We'll cancel the check and send you another one. |

|
At this point, we only provide cash
rebates to the physical mail addresses in the US. In near future, we may
offer cash rebates to all other countries. We do not send check to PO boxes. |

|
Please wait 21 days after you made the
transaction. After 21 days past your transaction/purchase date, if you still
do not see your purchases, please contact us
with your a) email address, b) name, c) mailing address, d) store name, e)
order number and f) net order amount (not including taxes & shipping). Some stores do not accept any transaction
